This service provides a favorable date and time for property to be officially placed on the market.The goal is for the property to sell at the best possible price and in a time frame that is suitable to the client. Included in this service is also insight as to when the eventual buyer will see the property and the ideal time to negotiate a contract. If you have already placed your property on the market at a random time, you may be asked to remove that property from the market and place it back on the market at the appropriate time.
